Health Professions: Medical Imaging
Bachelor of Science - LSUA
Elevate your skills and open new doors with this online degree. This flexible program is designed for working registered radiologic technologists who hold ARRT, ARDMS, NMTCB, or comparable certifications.
*Most students require 38 hours to complete this degree. However, all credit hours from previous coursework will be evaluated to determine the number of hours needed.
Admissions Requirements:
- Applicants must have ARRT, ARDMS, NMTCB, or other comparable certifications to be granted full credit (43 hours) for required 1000 and 2000-level RADT courses.
- Meet freshman admission requirements and be in good standing with their previous institution

Medical Laboratory Science
Bachelor of Science - LSUA
Gain the skills needed to pursue a career assisting physicians in the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of diseases. Applicants must have graduated from a NAACLS-accredited associate degree program and hold a current certification as an MLT(ASCP), CLT(NCA), or equivalent. The program is accredited by the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Science.
*Most students require 56 hours to complete this degree. However, all credit hours from previous coursework will be evaluated to determine the number of hours needed.

Admissions Requirements:
- Have successfully completed a National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Science (NAACLS) accredited program
- Have an overall GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Student must be a working MLT/CLT. A completed Verification of Employment Form is required for admission to the program and must be submitted to the admissions office.
Nursing - RN to BSN
Bachelor of Science - LSUA

- Have an active, unencumbered RN license
- Have graduated from a nursing program accredited by a USDOE-recognized accrediting agency for nursing education
Public Health
Bachelor of Science - LSU New Orleans School of Public Health
This online degree is designed as a 2 + 2 program where you will spend two years completing prerequisite coursework (60 hours) followed by two years at LSU New Orleans School of Public Health for the remainder of your coursework. Graduate prepared to work for federal agencies, insurance companies, health delivery systems, non-governmental agencies, and more.
Admissions Requirements:
- Completion of prerequisite courses and at least 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75.
- Students from the Louisiana Transfer program can seamlessly transfer their 60 credit hours to apply toward their BS in Public Health degree.
